The exhibition features people's stories and passion about the greater Wellington region. One letter per day is selected to add to this blog. We welcome and encourage conversation and feedback to each letter.

Herrings for lollies
My name is Ruby, I'm from Paraparaumu but I adore Wellington. My parents both grew up here and my dad used to trade herrings for lollies at the dairy and sneakthem up to his room! I am a sailor and do lots of sailing in the harbour.
