It's smells like the sea! That's if you are near the sea. I like the shops!

Not Just Cold and Windy

As a visitor to Wellington I've always thought of the city as cold, grey and windy. This weekend was the first time I've ever seen the sun here & it was beautiful.

Wandering Scouser

I never expected to be seduced by Windy Welly, but I absolutely love this city. It is a truly beautiful place to be. For now I will call Wellington my home before I continue my adventure around this amazing land.

Amazing place, another story to tell and memories to keep.Must be nice to fall in love and be blown away, or swept away rather [off] your feet at this kind of city.

I love the smell of your freshly mowed lawn and the rain pelting against my roof at night. I love the cold autumn mornings playing soccer on your muddy lawns. And I love the way the wind blows my hair it's like a breath of fresh air!

returning to Wellington

The city of wind, the city of romance

The city of wind, the city of romance and adventure. Of history, architecture and Lord of the Rings. I have never been to a city so far away from where I live that has felt so much like home. I have fallen in love with both a kiwi and his city.
