The exhibition features people's stories and passion about the greater Wellington region. One letter per day is selected to add to this blog. We welcome and encourage conversation and feedback to each letter.

Houses that are only memories now
Growing up in Wainuiomata we had a class trip to an old homestead in the valley - beautiful verandahs and bay windows - all gone now; just like the Orongorongo Lodge. Sad that these early settlers' homes are only memories now.
