Tintin connection
I once patted a dog that came 3rd in a Snowy (from Tintin) look-a-like competition.
There's a great Bernese dog who hangs about on Oriental Parade most days. He casually walks about with his owner and waits outside Freyberg when his owner is within. He's such a socialite with the passers-by and has become a Wellington celebrity!
