A bold statement
The Chocolate Fish Cafe around Shelly Bay has the best hot chocolates.
Midnight espresso definitely has the best hot chocolates in town!

ReplyDeleteNot sure about hot chocolates, but I did see an amazing iced chocolate at Joe's Garage (Tory Street) yesterday!
Sorry www.scopa.co.nz is definitely better... their hot chocolates are halfway between a dessert and and a drink!
